I just purchased this desk last week though I bought at Walmart and so far I LOVE it. reception perfect, not too big, not too small. lots of desks are really bulky and this is not. This desk is just what we needed for our 9 years. the reception was heavier and sturdier than I expected for $ 85. This is a larger piece of furniture that you might expect for a child's desk to almost 43 "wide and plenty loud enough for an adult. definitely not buying a child-sized Chair to go with it! This desk was more difficult to bring upstairs which to build. the process is very simple all you need besides what they offer is a screwdriver! Although the packaging is great, unboxing this was very difficult. goes to show that they want to ensure the desk is spanking new though. I really like this fake granite surface that is heat resistant. perfect for a hot cup of coffee while I'm studying for my theology courses.
